• Contact Information: Full legal name, organization, mailing address, telephone number, and an active email address where we can contact you.
• Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement that the information provided in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Fast-Track Action & Removal Timeline

Upon receiving a compliant DMCA takedown notice, our compliance department acts without undue delay:

• Offending links are reviewed and disabled within 24 to 48 business hours.
• The destination target domain or URL is permanently added to our global safety blacklist to prevent re-shortening.
• The account holder responsible for shortening the link is notified and issued an official warning.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and our strict platform integrity standards, UCOLINK maintains a strict repeat infringer protocol:

• Accounts that receive repeated valid copyright takedown notices will be subject to account suspension or permanent termination.
• Users terminated under the repeat infringer policy forfeit any unpaid earnings accrued through infringing traffic.
• Banned users are barred from creating future accounts or utilizing our monetization features.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you are a UCOLINK user and believe that your shortened link was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal written Counter-Notification to our Copyright Agent containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the link was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your full name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal or relevant local courts.
