1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, shortening a link, or advertising on UCOLINK ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Creator", "Publisher", or "Advertiser") agree to abide by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and any posted platform guidelines. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

2. User Accounts & Integrity

To use monetization features, you must register for an official user or publisher account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that take place under your account.

• Single Account Policy: Each physical individual or entity may maintain only one active account. Duplicate accounts created to manipulate referral bonuses, bypass IP limits, or evade restrictions are strictly banned.
• Accurate Payment Details: You must supply authentic payout coordinates (UPI ID, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, Bank Account, Binance USDT address, or PayPal). UCOLINK is not liable for funds sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
• Minimum Age: Users must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction to participate in monetary earnings.

3. Dual Monetization Strategies

UCOLINK empowers creators with two distinct earning models configured directly inside the User Dashboard:

Users may select their default strategy upon initial registration setup or request plan adjustments through the plan settings page or official support.

4. Traffic Quality & Anti-Fraud Standards

UCOLINK maintains zero tolerance for artificial, simulated, or deceptive traffic. To guarantee fair payouts to creators and genuine ROI for our advertisers, every visitor is evaluated by our multi-layer verification engine.

• Prohibited Traffic: Automated bot clicks, headless scrapers, click farms, automated macro scripts, iframe embed stuffing, pop-under exchange networks, and auto-refresh traffic generators.
• Proxy / VPN Manipulation: Routing visits through residential proxy swarms, data-center TOR exits, or VPNs to falsely inflate country tier CPM is prohibited and automatically filtered.
• Incentivized Force-Clicks: Forcing visitors or misleading them with fraudulent "Click Here to Continue" overlays on third-party sites without genuine user intent is strictly forbidden.
• 24-Hour Unique Visit Counting: Legitimate earnings are calculated based on unique visitor impressions per IP address within a rolling 24-hour cycle. Repeated visits from the same IP within 24 hours are routed directly to the destination without double-crediting.

5. Publisher & Advertiser Safelink Traffic Network

Publishers and webmasters who connect via our WordPress Safelink plugin or purchase traffic agree to the following terms:

• Real Human Verification: Only visitors who successfully complete our captcha and security step validation are delivered to publisher destination articles.
• Budget Controls: Advertisers and publishers may set daily visit limits, overall campaign budgets, and target country parameters. System stops delivery immediately upon reaching allocated budget.
• Wallet & Balances: Deposited advertising funds are credited to the publisher wallet and spent as verified clicks are delivered. Refunds on unspent balances can be requested within 14 days subject to processing fees.
• Plugin Compliance: Publishers using the official WordPress plugin must keep it updated to the latest supported version to ensure security handshake verification.

6. Restricted Content & Destination URLs

You may not shorten or distribute links pointing to content that violates law or our safety policy, including but not limited to:

• Copyright-infringing materials, cracked software, unauthorized keygens, or pirated media without lawful ownership or authorization.
• Malware, ransomware, Trojan horses, rootkits, spyware, phishing kits, or deceptive credential-stealing pages.
• Illegal substances, weapons, narcotics, dangerous chemicals, or terroristic content.
• Non-consensual imagery, child sexual abuse material (CSAM - zero tolerance, reported to law enforcement), and severe violence.
• Deceptive investment schemes, Ponzi operations, or fraudulent crypto-doubler pages.

UCOLINK reserves the right to immediately delete, disable, or redirect any offending URL without prior notice.

7. Earnings, Payouts & Thresholds

We take pride in our rapid, dependable withdrawal schedule. Payout policies are structured as follows:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Standard default minimum payout is $5.00 (or as specified for specific high-fee cross-border methods).
• Supported Payment Methods: UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT), Binance Pay / Crypto USDT (TRC20/BEP20), and PayPal.
• Processing Timeline: Withdrawal requests are vetted by our automated fraud screening and typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Fraud Forfeiture: Any account detected generating invalid, bot, or spoofed traffic will be suspended and all accumulated unpaid earnings forfeited to reimburse affected advertisers.

8. Custom Enterprise CPM & Direct Agreements

Large-scale media creators, high-traffic website owners, and Telegram community admins delivering 100,000+ daily views are eligible for VIP Custom CPM contracts, daily automated settlements, and dedicated account management.

9. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any account, link, or access to our services at our sole discretion, without liability, if we determine that the user has violated these Terms of Service or engaged in abusive practices harmful to UCOLINK or its community.

10. Modifications to Terms

UCOLINK may update, amend, or replace any portion of these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the platform or via email alerts. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
