UCOLINK never sells your personal information. We gather only the minimal information required to secure accounts, deliver accurate payouts, compute Dynamic Country Tier CPM earnings, and prevent bot traffic.
1. Scope & Commitment
This Privacy Policy outlines our standards regarding the collection, storage, and processing of personal and technical data when you use UCOLINK ("Platform", "we", "us"). We are dedicated to maintaining the confidentiality of creator accounts and webmaster records in compliance with international privacy best practices.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three categories to deliver reliable link shortening and payout services:
- Account & Identity Data: Username, email address, cryptographic salted password hash, and registration timestamp.
- Financial Payout Coordinates: Payment destination details provided by the user for processing withdrawals (e.g. UPI VPA ID, Paytm/PhonePe mobile number, Bank Account & IFSC, Binance USDT TRC20/BEP20 wallet address, or PayPal email).
- Traffic & Verification Analytics: Technical metadata when shortened links are accessed, including anonymized IP address (cryptographically hashed for fraud deduplication), HTTP User-Agent, referrer header, device category (Mobile/Desktop), and Country ISO code.
- Publisher & Plugin Credentials: Webmasters connecting via our WordPress Safelink plugin store API authorization tokens and target domain URLs for traffic routing.
3. Geo-Location & Dynamic CPM Calculation
A core feature of UCOLINK is our Dual Monetization architecture. When visitors access shortened links, their IP address is passed through an internal geolocation database to determine their approximate country code (e.g., US, GB, IN, BR):
- Tier Rate Assignment: Country codes are mapped to our Dynamic CPM Tiers (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) to credit link creators with the correct real-time market value.
- No Physical Tracking: We do NOT collect or store GPS coordinates, street addresses, or precise physical locations of visitors.
- 24-Hour Unique Deduplication: Visitor IPs are hashed to maintain a rolling 24-hour deduplication window, ensuring advertisers receive genuine unique visits while preventing repetitive counting.
4. How We Use and Share Information
We process collected data exclusively for legitimate operational needs:
- To credit, verify, and disburse withdrawal requests accurately to your chosen payout rail.
- To safeguard platform infrastructure against DDoS attacks, automated scraping bots, click-ring fraud, and account hijacking.
- To share non-identifiable, aggregated statistics with advertisers (e.g., total impressions by country and average completion rate).
- We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal contact info, email address, or payout details to marketing third parties or data brokers under any circumstances.
5. Data Security & Storage
All data transmitted between your browser, our application servers, and our database is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / 256-bit SSL). Passwords are encrypted using modern salted one-way hashing algorithms. Our database servers are housed in enterprise-grade data centers with strict role-based firewalls.

- CSRF Tokenization: Protects your account actions and financial transactions against Cross-Site Request Forgery attacks.
- Preferences: Remembers your preferred dashboard language or theme setting.
You can adjust cookie behaviors in your browser settings; however, disabling functional session cookies will prevent login to your member dashboard.
7. Your Data Rights & Deletion
You retain full authority over your personal data:
- Access & Correction: You may view and edit your profile credentials and payment details at any time in your dashboard profile settings.
- Account Erasure: If you wish to close your account and permanently purge your personal records from our active database, you may submit an erasure request via our contact desk.
- Data Retention: Completed transaction logs are retained for statutory financial compliance and accounting audit purposes as required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
UCOLINK does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor without parental consent, that account and associated data will be promptly removed.
